Why "custom-made"?
Often the training needs in the company concern very specific situations for which there are no standard courses already available.
A few examples:
- training of sales people or sharing of sales documentation,
- training of administrative personnel on procedures and internal management,
- update on the use of software or specific technical equipment,
- sharing company documents and procedures,
- accredited courses for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
In cases like these you can create courses from scratch, with the help of experts, but more often the necessary contents are already in the company, perhaps in the form of not yet rationalized documents or know-how, in possession of specific people.
From that already available information you can produce digital content in different formats (PowerPoint, Word, videos), that can be easily fitted in the creation of ultra-scalable solutions.
